Vitalant needs Volunteers for coverage at our Front desk at the Henderson, NV Donor Center in Green Valley!
Duties include:
Greeting & Welcoming donors
Facilitating friendly communication to staff and donors
Checking in donors on a sign in sheet
Distributing, and logging donor gifts when applicable
Serving Refreshments to donors
Maintaining and restocking the refreshment area
Thanking our donors and providing an excellent experience for Blood Donors!

Schedule (staff rotate through lunches, the site stays open all day):
Sunday 6:30am-3:00pm
Monday 6:30am-3:00pm
Tuesday 12:00pm-7:30pm
Wednesday 12:00pm-7:30pm
Thursday 9:30-5:00pm
Friday 6:30am-5:00pm
Saturday 6:30am-5:00pm
*** We can be flexible with your schedule! Modified shift times available!

Description
Vitalant ("Vye-TAL-ent") is the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the U.S. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
