Novant Health exists to improve the health of communities, one person at a time. With the values of: Compassion, Courage, Diversity, Inclusion & Equity, Excellence, Safety, and Teamwork. Volunteers play a crucial role in all aspects of our patient services. They are often the first face and/or last face a patient or support person sees when they visit a Novant Health facility.
We have volunteers on the main campus and at a variety of our offsite facilities as well. We have volunteers who work in the gift shops, entrance ambassabors, dischrarge volunteers, shuttle cart drivers, and patient staff support areas.
