Health Resource Partners (HRP) in a 501(c)(3) non profit organization working in sub-Saharan Africa to improve health outcomes in rural villages. Health Resource Partners believes in empowering and strengthening local health focused organizations within their own communities. We do this by finding trusted and established partners that share our mission.

Position

In partnership with the Board of Directors, the Development Director (Director) will spearhead development efforts as HRP continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute HRP's annual fundraising plan

Secure financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations

Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors

Creating and executing a strategy for a large sustained base of annual individual donors

Overseeing organization of special events

Developing and tracking proposals and reports for all foundation and corporate fundraising

Help bring awareness and support for HRP's programs

time commitment is approximately 1-2 hours/week and we meet as a Board once monthly via zoom.
