NEST Academy RVA is looking for an individual to design, manage, analyze, and adjust a Google Ad Grant Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign. In addition to fulfilling all of the grant requirements set forth by Google, this ad campaign will follow a custom advertising strategy that is tailored to Nest Academy. The goal of this campaign is to promote our mission, attract members, recruit volunteers and target individuals and organizations whose financial contributions will allow Nest Academy to further its mission and continue its important work in the special needs community. This individual will be responsible for routinely monitoring and optimizing the campaign.
The ideal candidate for this role must be organized, creative, and have excellent written and analytical skills. Experience with Google Ad is a plus but a fast, passionate learner will also be considered.

Nest Academy RVA is a fast growing, emerging non-profit organization, founded in 2020, filling an unmet need in the Richmond Special Needs Community. Nest’s unique mission is to create learning and social environments for young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Nest has created an inclusive community for these members and families by adapting various activities and classroom environments for each member to maximize participation in a group environment.
Members of the Nest Thriving Together Program are mostly high school graduates who are typically non-verbal, in wheelchairs and require adaptive environments and tools to engage.
