Want to provide Veterans with healthy food each month?

Soldiers’ Angels, a national non-profit that is committed to supporting our military communities, is looking for a Veteran Food Distribution Team Leader for our monthly giving of groceries to at-need veterans in the San Antonio area. The Veteran Food Distribution Team Leader is a volunteer who is responsible for organizing and overseeing their assigned section during the local VFD. The Leader will brief all section volunteers, help unload the food truck, oversee the packing of the food items, and clean up. We also ask the Leaders to help Soldiers’ Angels VA Representative with recruiting and overseeing all volunteers in their section. If you have a love for Veterans and event management, while possessing excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse variety of individuals, then we are looking for your help!
