One-on-one youth mentoring. Be a positive adult role model for a youth, helping develop social, academic, and emotional processing skills while doing fun activities! Every mentorship is different and together, you and mentee will get to make it your own! Work together with the Coordinator, parents as a cohesive unit to help your mentee thrive.

Provide your mentee with a safe and comfortable space, hanging out doing a variety of activities ranging from going to the park, hiking, swimming, to playing board games, doing arts and crafts, grabbing coffee! The activities are up to the two of you!

About SUCCESS Mentoring Program

Location:

Mission Statement

SUCCESS Mentoring works to help struggling youth thrive socially and academically by pairing them with adult mentors who provide support. The program fosters long-term relationships between mentors and mentees with the aim of helping participants overcome personal and family problems, improve social & life skills, stay in school, increase their academic achievement and motivation, improve their decision-making skills, and increase their sense of self-worth. Mentors and mentees commit to spending 2-4 hours a week together for at least one year. The pair build a strong friendship by doing the kind of things they both already enjoy - hiking, shopping, eating pizza, playing games, visiting sporting events, and many more!
