At Gentiva Hospice, our purpose is to provide comfort, compassion, dignity and peace to terminally ill patients and their families through a holistic approach to physical, spiritual and emotional care by professionally trained hospice teams and specialized community resources. Our volunteers are a part of that team.
Volunteers provide direct support in the patient's home or nursing facility with the purpose of companionship and/or caregiver relief.
