Your Next Step is the Cure will embark on its sixth year of bringing awareness and raising funds for a rare cancer called Ocular Melanoma. We are excited to have our same location, the lovely Park Square Plaza and a great shaded course to run! We are so grateful for last year’s efforts and the amount of money that we were able to raise for the Melanoma Research Foundation - CureOM. Ocular melanoma is a rare cancer that affects six out of one million people each year; while strides have been made, unfortunately there is still no known cure. We plan to hold another successful event but we know that our success comes from individuals like YOU!! Thank you for registering! Please spread the word....hopefully, some day soon we will have a cure for ocular melanoma!

We are looking for volunteers to help us with this 5k race and celebration. Opportunties would be helping set up the race course, registration of runners, fun run with the children and breakdown / clean up. This is a great community event, we do hope you can help us and join the fun!
