Milagro Center's Mentoring Miracles Program provides one-on-one mentoring at our locations in Delray Beach or online. During the school year, mentoring takes place on a weekday of your choice for an hour from 2:30 - 6:00 pm once a week after school, with a year-long commitment to your mentee. During the summer we offer an educational summer camp and visits can be made throughout the day. Mentoring Miracles fosters nurturing, supportive, intergenerational relationships that are essential in building self-esteem in these children. Through the program, the children are more able to adequately deal with the factors that classify them as at-risk with mentors who dedicate their time to talk, play games, read, do crafts and make the child feel that someone cares. The Mentoring Miracles Program offers an innovative facet to after-school programming by connecting youth with mentors and providing positive role models in children's lives, which can enhance all aspects of their development and leave a lasting memory and lasting impact.
