The Events Committee works with the entire board to establish the number, schedule, and location of events. this upcoming year Nation of Diversity will have 4 Quarterly events, homeless outreach, an Art event, a Music event mental health event, and end of a year success story. increasing revenue of $50,000 or more
Purpose
Our mission is to help reduce homelessness and raise awareness for mental health through service to the community and hosting wellness events.
Role
Creating a comprehensive event plan including goals/desired outcomes and the theme of the event Creating and agreeing on a comprehensive funding plan.

We believe in breaking down stigmas that demonize the homeless and work to promote mindfulness through music and the arts. We work daily to change the stigma associated with homelessness, poverty, and mental health by working across boundaries and leveraging resources to enrich the lives of those living in underserved and marginalized communities.
