Volunteer for the 2022 Frogtown Artwalk with Elysian Valley Arts Collective!

The 13th Biennial Frogtown Artwalk is happening on September 24, 2022 from 3-10pm . We need some dedicated, engaged volunteers to help us with event production and logistics during the weeks leading up to the Artwalk, day of the event and the following day.

If you are an artist, a community member or even just an art enthusiast, we'd love to have you give us a hand!

Some of the Volunteer tasks will include:

  • Distributing Venue Identification Numbers Week of the event
  • Set up on 9/23
  • Set up and breakdown of the event on 9/24
  • Decorating
  • Assisting with art and light installations
  • Hanging signs and banners
  • Manning our information kiosks or activity stations
  • Handing out pre-paid t-shirt orders
  • Handing our printed programs on event day
  • Day after cleanup 9/25

You'll receive meals and snacks during the event, along with our community's appreciation!

The Elysian Valley Arts Collective is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation that operates in the Elysian Valley (aka Frogtown) neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The EVAC was created to cultivate a sense of place and support a local, creative community along the rapidly revitalizing Los Angeles River.

Serving as "visitor information guides"....either by staffing a central info booth

Way finding distribute maps and guides

Helping to distribute/set up signage before the event.

Setting up tables and chairs for community organizations before the event.
