- Answers phones, return appointment request calls
- Schedules and confirms appointments,
- Collect and inputs guest information into company systems.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing electronic data retrieval systems.
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Flexible volunteer times weekdays between 10AM and 3PM
- Must be at least 18 Years old
- This is an ongoing volunteer assignment
- Must be able to commit to at least one day per week.
- Days available Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday

- 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM
