We are in need of volunteers for our 2022 FertiliFest
What is FertiliFest? FertiliFest is a few things.... an amazing Community gathering celebrating ALL THINGS connected to family building
- A Virtual Race (where you run at home or wherever you wish and where you get a tech race shirt and bib mailed out and you are registered for a raffle to win $10,000 in treatment at Shady Grove Fertility)
- An art festival where you can show (and sell) your sculpture or paintings or even hop on the OPEN MIC and share a poem- spoken word- a song or an interpretive dance to express your experience with family building.
- A children's learning and play area
We will have local community resources- food trucks- games - vendors and ART!
We celebrate ALL pathways to parenthood and want all families to feel welcomed and supported. Join us as we celebrate and spread the message that infertility can be OVERCOME!
We WILL host an in person FertilFest on race day (10/08/22) at the Owings Mills Metro Center in the courtyard in front of the library. Join us to connect with local resources and vendors who support families with infertility. We will have a DJ- a moon bounce- and will announce the winner of the raffle
The Race event is VIRTUAL- and race packets will be shipped out to your address. FertilFest is IN PERSON and we will have games- information resources- vendors and artists showing their visual art work, songs and poems and spoken words to express their feelings about infertility.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to promote awareness of infertility and related issues amongst people who suffer with this condition as well as the general population. We will serve the needs of families struggling with infertility by providing educational resources, and financial assistance for helping them grow their families.
+ We will serve the community by providing education on infertility and related issues working alone as well as in partnership with other organizations.
+ We will provide financial assistance for families struggling with infertility who are either pursuing infertility treatment or domestic adoption through grants.
+ We will raise funds that will be used to provide grants for families pursuing fertility treatment or domestic adoption.
Description
The Tinina Q. Cade Foundation (TQCF) is a nonprofit organization that serves the needs of families battling infertility. Through education and outreach, we support families struggling with infertility, and strive to educate outside communities about relevant and related issues. In addition, the TQCF also provides financial assistance to families pursuing infertility treatment or domestic adoption through the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation Family Building Grant. This dual approach distinguishes the foundation as the only organization of its kind in the nation.
