Our Mission: To build and maintain shelters in high-risk areas that provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to women who have been exploited and enable them to be financially independent.

Position: Chief Marketing Officer

Schedule: 10-20 Hours Per Week as Needed (virtual opportunity and schedule flexible)

Purpose: To help generate partners and revenues by increasing donations through successful marketing; using market research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and PR; ensuring the organization’s message is distributed across channels and target audiences to meet partner and donation objectives through all mediums.

Essential Functions:

1. Prepare overall marketing strategy.
2. Establish the marketing budget and track performance.
3. Develop specific programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.
4. Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and redirect business intelligence strategy if necessary.
5. Build brand awareness and develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure all communications align with the brand.
6. Communicate regularly with other departments and executives, reporting on marketing activity.
7. Coordinate all marketing efforts with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO
3. Proficient with analysis and design software
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract engagement
6. Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies
