What we need (Core Responsibilities)
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us increase public
awareness of the organization and create a strong online presence. You will work closely with other
managers to develop strategies to increase followers, create and oversee social campaigns, producing
content, reviewing analytics, and communicating with key stakeholders in the organization.
Key Duties Include:
● Help create and maintain a social media plan
● Use social media to promote the activities and achievements of DREAMZILLA.
● Keeping our social media channels updated on a frequent basis
● Encouraging others to comment on our posts and share them with others
● Ensure that communication reaches a wide range of local stakeholders and diverse audience
Who you are (Key Qualifications)
● Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or another related field.
● At least 5 years’ experience with developing and enacting campaigns.
● Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
● Ability to build social media communities.
● Ability to work within a team to create a consistent voice.
● Experience with Meta Business Suite a plus.
● Familiar with Google Workspace suite of apps and proficient with Slack best practices.
● Able to commit at least 15 hours a week for the position.

Dreamzilla is a California-based non-profit organization founded by an autistic race car driver, to help other neurodivergent individuals realize their dreams and unleash their gargantuan talents into the world. We are a new organization that received our 501(c)(3) status in April 2022 so we are just getting started! Our goal is to raise awareness and celebrate neurodiversity, while assisting some qualified individuals to cultivate their amazing talents via scholarships we will provide.
