It takes a team to make extraordinary things happen, and volunteers are an essential component in reaching our goal of helping patients and guests live extraordinary lives. Through empathetic interaction and attentiveness, you provide an experience centered on the unique needs of every person, and you improve lives in big ways and small.

Volunteers in the Emergency Department assist staff by supporting patients and families. This role helps keep supplies stocked and monitors cleanliness. With the help of our volunteers, or skilled nurses and doctors are able to work at the top of their license, improving overall patient experience. If you enjoy providing support and encouragement and being a friendly face for others, this role is great for you! Shifts available 7 days a week between 10am-10pm.

Greeley Hospital accepts volunteers ages 18 and up. We require a minimum 6-month commitment from volunteers, along with background and health screenings (provided).

Description

Greeley Hospital opened in June 2019 and is adjacent to Greeley Medical Center. We have 53 beds in the hospital, an Emergency Department, and several outpatient services offered. Our Medical Center hosts a variety of services to keep you healthy and well.

Our volunteer program is growing quickly and we offer both administrative and patient support roles.
