Do you see disaster on the news and have an urge to help, but can't or don't want to do the heavy lifting? Are you looking to do something life-changing in your community, work with a passionate team, and help others when it's needed most?
The American Red Cross is active and looking for volunteers to help with disaster relief with absolutely NO grunt work!
From July of 2021 through June of 2022, the Red Cross of Heart of Tennessee responded to 34 disasters and assisted 44 families in Moore, Lincoln, Bedford, and Marshall counties alone by providing food, shelter, and comfort to individuals and families in need, as well as casework and recovery assistance for disaster survivors.
Join us today! We work together as a cohesive unit and as one Red Cross family.
All you need is a heart, a smile, and the willingness to learn our simple casework system.
