As a volunteer, you play a major role in helping to achieve our mission of saving patient lives and maintaining the organization’s commitment to excellent customer service. You will work closely with our dedicated team of employees helping to greet and assist our amazing donors during their appointment. We are stronger together because of the teamwork between our volunteers and staff who save lives every day.
Donor Center Greeter/Café - Welcomes donors at donor centers and starts pre-donation paperwork prior to the start of the blood donation process. Greets donors upon arrival and monitors donors for post-donation reactions while serving refreshments and delivering on our promise of the Versiti Way of Serving.
Blood Drive Greeter/Café - Welcomes donors at community blood drive locations and starts pre-donation paperwork prior to the start of the blood donation process. Greets donors upon arrival and monitors donors for post-donation reactions while serving refreshments while delivering on our promise of the Versiti Way of Serving. Café Only - Monitors donors for post-donation reactions while serving refreshments and delivering on our promise of the Versiti Way of Serving.
Blood Product Delivery Driver - Using a Versiti vehicle, ensure timely delivery of blood and blood components from state-specific headquarter location to scheduled hospitals as assigned while delivering on our promise of the Versiti Way of Serving.
Project Support - Assist with completing a project for internal customers based on their specific directions while delivering on our promise of the Versiti Way of Serving.
We are looking for volunteers for our Grandville location as well as Mobile Blood Drives in West Michigan.
