Pre-Race Registration & Packet Pick Up
- Location 6300 West Oakey in Parking Lot of Magical Forest
- Monday, November 28th 11am-6pm (various shifts)
- Thursday, December 1st 11am-6pm (various shifts)
- Friday, December 2nd 11am-6pm (various shifts)
December 3rd - Great Las Vegas Santa Run
7:30AM -10:30AM- Check in & Race Start Volunteers
9:30AM - Race End - Finish Line / Course Line Cheer Teams
- Please arrive to check in and report to service location prior to 9:30am (start of run is 10am)
Parking:
ยท ARRIVE EARLY! Since many parking locations will be restricted in Downtown and streets may be blocked off, we ask volunteers to arrive early enough to park & arrive at your assigned location no later than 9:30AM (Race start 10am)

Please Note: Due to the size of the event, volunteers are asked to find parking in one of many public lots throughout downtown.
