Art Center Sarasota is looking for volunteers to help build our growing volunteer community!
We need support in a variety of areas from gardening, to wall prep, artwork drop off/pick up, event setup and breakdown, and everywhere in between!
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers, eager to make an impact on their community. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply! We provide on-site training and will cater your tasks to your skillset. Our most valued volunteers are customer service oriented, upbeat, and bring a can-do attitude to their volunteer hours. Community Service hours may be granted through our volunteer program.

Description
Art Center Sarasota is the leading non-profit visual arts organization in Sarasota. The center offers a variety of programs to our community. Through exhibitions, education, and outreach, we provide a destination for all visual artists in Sarasota.
Our commitment to promoting the educational and cultural advantages of the visual arts in Sarasota continues today exactly as it was written into our charter over 80 years ago.
We proudly present master workshops instructed by world renowned artists and classes taught by professional local artists. Our exhibitions feature fine art from local, national, and international artists. We have four galleries which showcase a variety of themes. Our outreach programs have a tremendous effect on the youth and elderly citizens of Sarasota. We provide a destination for kids and teens to learn about fine art and the fundamentals of painting, ceramics, sculpture, and textiles. We also provide instructors that travel to senior living facilities to conduct fine arts workshops.CAUSE AREAS
