Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

  • Oversee a team to include Recognition Program and Incentives Supervisor and Coordinators.
  • Facilitate the creation of honorary recognition incentives guidelines and implementation.
  • Review everyone’s tasks and completions on a monthly basis to assist Senior Leadership in making well informed decisions on those mentions.
  • Oversee and manage a point system per recognition and ensure the tracking of points each volunteer has is accurate and up to date.
  • Work with the Supervisor to manage the form for submissions and review all incoming nominations.
  • Establish with team the announcement of all recognitions to the rest of ARO.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management on tasks.
  • Work with Supervisor to conduct weekly departmental meetings.
  • Attend weekly management meetings and bi-weekly all staff meetings.
  • Complete other tasks as needed.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Must be available to volunteer 12-15+ hours a week
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Managerial experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, and is a self-starter
  • Collaborative nature and confidence in performance
  • Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment, and adjust to new priorities as needed
