Job Description:
The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the data held within the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system, DonorSnap, is complete and accurate. They will assist with updating
existing donor and client information as well as entering new records and donations, and generating
donor correspondence.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
  • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has
  • been inputted
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete
  • documents
  • Generating specific donor communications and correspondence
  • Work closely with bookkeeper and development coordinator to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure best practices for donor relations and stewardship.

Required Skills:
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office, ideally
  • experience working with CRM database applications.
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to work to time constraints
