For a few hours a week you can make a world of difference to a hospice patient and their family.
At Traditions Health, we provide the best end of life care a hospice program has to offer and our volunteers play a central role in that! We need volunteers to provide companionship, help call or Facetime family members, record a patient's life story, build a craft, provide respite to a caregiver and just be present with them.
