It requires a 6-8 hour commitment for each game.

What type of work will volunteers do? - Volunteers would be responsible for cashiering, prepping concession food items, counting inventory, counting cash, selling beer (not all stands) and cleaning the stand at the end of the night. Basically running all elements of the stand. Each stand will have a Pardini's stand manager assigned to your stand to guide the volunteers. You will need two stand leaders. One that can take responsibility for counting the beginning and ending inventory counts, and one as a head cashier to be responsible for handling the cash for the entire stand. What type of training is required? - The stand manager will instruct your volunteers how to operate any equipment and how to prep the food. We would like to have you come see the stand prior to working a game so you have an idea of how it will operate. We will also hold an orientation with all group leaders to go through policies and procedures prior to the first game. If your group works in a stand that sells any alcohol, cashiers will need to be at least 21 years of age and attend the provided alcohol training.

What are the uniform requirements? - Your group will be provided a red FSU polo shirt and should wear black pants or shorts. Closed toe shoes (tennis shoes), no sandals or open toed shoes are allowed.
