7th Annual Farm to Table

ORGANIZATION: NW WORKS INC

We're looking for volunteers to assist with our 7th Annual Farm to Table presented by Trex Company for NW Works! Come on out to beautiful Middletown, enjoy live local music and help raise money for a great cause.

Volunteer needs include:

  • Set-up: 2:30pm-3:30pm
  • Registration: 3:30pm-4:30pm
  • Bar helper: 3:30pm - 6:15pm
  • Buffet Servers: 4:30pm-6:00pm
  • Clean-up: 6:15pm-7:00pm
Please see shift notes for a brief description. Whether you have 1 hour to give or 7, we're happy to have you! Volunteers may sign up for as many shifts as they would like!

We ask that all volunteers wear a white t-shirt the day of. More information on parking and attending will be sent out prior to the event. Food and drinks will be provided!

    Buffet Crew- Serve food

    Registration: Sign in attendees, Give wristbands

    Stamp wristbands at liquor bar
  • Sat Sep 10, 2022 - afternoon / 02:30 PM to 03:30 PM - Spots available: 3
    Set-Up Crew: Assemble tables, wipe chairs, set up wine bar, put ice in coolers, decor on tables
