We are looking for a yoga instructor to bring peace and comfort to some of our residents living in our secure homeless shelter. The residents are not permanent and do change so instruction would have to be a beginner level. Being homeless is very stressful and many of our residents need grounding and coping abilities for stress, such as meditation and deep breathing exercises.
Would need to be available between the hours of 9 am -4 pm so that there is staff available to supervise.
