Assists with checking laundry with our guests, supporting the laundry room processes for washing, drying and bagging clients clean laundry. Unsheltered friends are allowed up to two loads of laundry per person.

First Fruit Ministries is a non-denominational ministry in southeastern North Carolina dedicated to sheltering the homeless, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and caring for those in need as outlined in Isaiah 58:6-7.
First Fruit Ministries serves homeless and very-low-income people in the following ways: transitional housing for homeless women and families, daily food box distribution, mobile feeding outreach to homeless encampments, the streets, and under bridges, Thursday Night Street Church services, Adopt-A-Block neighborhood outreaches, and special events such as our annual Pig Pickin'.
