Victory Village Corp, a 501c3 organization, is seeking experienced construction and related trade instructors and teachers for our 2023 iTECH Village programming. One of our core objectives for this project is to partner with local community colleges and corporations to establish a sustainable recruitment and retention pipeline to dramatically increase the workforce of minorities who successfully graduate from trade certification programs and are hired on with companies. We have an established working partnership with local community colleges. For the mobile learning center, one core annual metric is to provide the numbers of Victory Village students that are actively recruited, enrolled, AND GRADUATED from these certification programs. Another metric is to provide the number of those students who have been hired by corporations in their certification discipline. Our 5-year goal for both metrics is to recruit 100 minority students per year into the workforce training programs with a certification success rate of 80%.
