Bloom Kit Volunteers needed (Groups of 4 or less volunteers including individual volunteers)- This is an opportunity to volunteer to help beautify the flowerbeds in North Charleston parks. This volunteer opportunity is available to a group of 4 or less volunteers. If you have 5 or more volunteers you may participate in the Flowerscape Program in a North Charleston park.

KNCB will provide you with a Bloom Kit filled with the supplies that you will need to work in a garden in a North Charleston park. This kit may be refilled as needed. This is a flexible volunteer opportunity and you may work in the garden anytime that the park is open.

Volunteers will do things such as divide plants as needed, deadhead plants, install new plants and pine straw as needed, and remove any litter in and around their garden bed. The individual or coordinator participating in the Bloom Kit Program will meet one time during the work-week with a KNCB staff member for 30 minutes to receive training and supplies for their garden flowerbed. Join us in keeping North Charleston beautiful through the Bloom Kit Program.
