VOLUNTEER ROLE:
1.) To encourage participants to learn about their risk of fracture by completing the American Bone Health Fracture Risk Calculator(tm).
2.) Guide participants through engagement activities in the booth.
3.) To distribute giveaways

The mission of American Bone Health is to mobilize communities with timely bone health information that supports strong and healthy bones and prevents osteoporosis and fractures. American Bone Health builds capacity for local community outreach through programs and public awareness campaigns. We engage public advocates for osteoporosis prevention, detection and treatment.
As a non-profit resource center, we are dedicated to preventing osteoporosis through research and education of the public and medical community to increase awareness of risk, prevention and treatment. Our education programs include lectures which you may discover in the website.
