AccentCare Hospice and Palliative Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Circle of Care volunteers to provide regular contact by telephone calls to our patients and their families.
Circle of Care volunteers complete weekly check in calls to patients/families/caregivers and inquire through a series of questions whether the patient has any needs for the weekend coming pertaining to medications, supplies, or support needs.
This opportunity can take place in office (Portland, OR) or virtual based on your preference.

Our team of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, spiritual care providers, hospice aides, trained volunteers and bereavement counselors use an interdisciplinary approach to address the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patients and families we serve.
