Family Promise of Clark County is looking for volunteer board members with a passion for our mission of serving children and their families experiencing homelessness. We are looking for people to help guide our organization, to set policies for the organization, and help to achieve financial stability for the organization. We are looking for people with skills in financial management, social services, fund raising, influence with governmental influencers, public relations and communications. Service on the FPCC board gives board members the opportunity to truly make a positive difference in the lives of people in our communities who are very much in need of a helping hand.

Family Promise of Clark County is a nonprofit organization committed to help children and their families affected by homelessness in the Clark County, WA area.
Description
Family Promise(r) welcomes families with children experiencing homelessness, we offer them an immediate temporary shelter, help get the children to school, and assists parents with permanent long term solutions. It is an established and successful program. What we really need is weekend Day Center help, Saturdays and Sundays, three hour shifts, 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, and 2pm-5pm. You can read, work on homework, or work stuff, knit, or interact with our families. We can't operate our Day Center without YOU!
