Event Assistant - Women's U19 T20 Series - USA v West Indies

ORGANIZATION: USA CRICKET

This is a fantastic volunteer opportunity to work in an international women u19 cricket series. USA will take on the West Indies in a 5-match T20 series at the Central Broward & Regional Park Stadium. The schedule for this role is as follows:

  • Aug 8: 12 noon to 3pm; 4:30pm to 9:30pm
  • Aug 9: 4:30pm to 9:30pm
  • Aug 11: 8:30am to 1:30pm
  • Aug 12: 8:30am to 1:30pm
  • Aug 14: 8:30am to 3:00pm

It would be ideal to have the same event volunteers each day but not necessary.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Setup/teardown sponsorship activation - banners & boundary boards
    Assist with event logistics
    Assist dressing room attendant with refreshments, catering
    Assist with awards and trophies presentation setup
