The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Our success starts with our volunteers - people like you who support the fight against the disease and want to become more involved.

As a volunteer, you can help make Walk to End Alzheimer's a safe, meaningful community event while getting to know others who share your passion for the cause.

Join us on Sunday, September 25 at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven as a Walk Day Volunteer! A number of volunteer opportunities are available, from registering walkers, set-up and breakdown of stations, overseeing the cheer and water stations, and start and finish-line support. (We are also seeking photographers and Interpreters!).

We have plenty of openings that accommodate volunteering and walking for the cause.

Shift Availability:
Volunteer opportunities are available from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM on the day of the Walk.
Volunteer opportunities are available the day before the walk, unloading and loading the truck. Please contact a staff member to schedule a time to assist.

Get involved with us today! Contact Jess Tessman, Development Coordinator at jetessman@alz.org.

** Your health and safety are our top priorities. We will continue to closely monitor CDC, state and local guidelines to ensure Walk events adhere to the latest recommendations. **
