This position will focus on logistics for our annual fundraising event, Evening of Stars, in Normal, IL, and supporting the nominations process for our annual Heroes Breakfast.
Ideal candidates can start in August and stay on through December.
Candidates must be able to work the Evening of Stars Event on November 9, 2022.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support planning, logistics and execution of the Evening of Stars event.
2. Act as in-person lead for event responsibilities in the Bloomington-Normal area.
3. Interface with volunteer event committee members on logistics.
4. Support the nomination editing, review, and selection process for the Heroes Breakfast.
5. Assist with data entry, mass mailings, filings and other administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
2. High proficiency in email and online research
3. Strong written and verbal skills
4. Strong personal and customer service skills
5. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
