Recruiting Organization: Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits

The AmeriCorps VISTA member will serve at the City of Willcox, in Willcox, AZ. The VISTA member will work with the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Willcox staff to create an inclusive, balanced, approach, as well as a workforce development program focused on the local Hispanic community. Tasks include: building sustainable business plan; building capacity to grow job opportunities; researching and developing a workforce development program aimed at the Hispanic residents in the community.

This is an AmeriCorps National Service position. This service opportunity is one year, full-time, and offers a stipend. The service opportunity includes: Living Allowance, Relocation Allowance, End of Service Award, Healthcare Benefit, Non-Competitive Eligibility, and Professional Development training. The position requires relocation to the City of Willcox.
