This project aims to expand awareness of caregiving youth and help develop resources for caregiving youth and their families, in particular, in rural areas of the state and among minority populations. Tasks include: prepare a summary of data on caregiving youth; develop education materials and a schedule of presentations; and develop specific support activities and services for caregiving youth.
This is an AmeriCorps National Service position. This service opportunity is one year, full-time, and offers a stipend. The service opportunity includes: Living Allowance, Relocation Allowance, End of Service Award, Healthcare Benefit, Non-Competitive Eligibility, and Professional Development training. The position requires relocation to the City of Phoenix.
