Volunteers Needed! Susan G. Komen New England 3-Day

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Susan G. Komen 3-Day

Each year, we’re inspired by and grateful for the Komen 3-Day volunteers who hand out t-shirts, pick up trash, set up cheering stations, cheer on tired walkers and much, much more. Because volunteers like you donate your time and passion, we are one step closer to finding a cure for breast cancer. After a long two years without being able to all gather in person, we’re looking forward to coming together and connecting with all of you.

Volunteer registration is open for the New England 3-Day. It’s time to sign up!

About Susan G. Komen 3-Day

55 E. Jackson Blvd., Suite 1030, Chicago, IL 60604, US

Mission Statement

Susan G. Komen is the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the Komen 3-Day, the organization has invested more than $1.5 billion to fulfill its promise, becoming the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.

Thousands of women and men come together, each raising money for Susan G. Komen. Then they take their commitment to end breast cancer one step further and walk 60 miles over the course of three days.

Net proceeds from the Komen 3-Day fund innovative global breast cancer research and local community programs supporting education, screening and treatment. Virtually every major advance in the fight against breast cancer in the last 28 years has been impacted by a Susan G. Komen grant.
