About

People Helping People, It's that simple. Become a part of a program that has helped people file property tax returns at no charge for more than four decades. Volunteers greet or assist Anoka County seniors, low-income and disabled residents file their property and mobile home tax returns. Volunteers are needed to serve at various tax sites in Anoka, Blaine, Columbia Heights, Coon Rapids, Fridley or Ham Lake April 24th-through July 31st. Morning and afternoon shifts of three to four hours are available. An experienced tax volunteer will staff each site to offer support and assistance to new volunteers. No previous experience is needed, but training is required.
