How many things would slip through the cracks if you were unable to read your personal mail? Would you miss bills or birthday cards or credit card offers? Many people who are blind or visually impaired have no way to read their personal correspondence. A man would like to have a volunteer to assist him with reading print mail and completing forms. This opportunity would be for one hour, two times per month. The scheduling is flexible, and you will be provided with comprehensive training and support. Make a new friend and make a difference today.
For any questions, please contact Kathy.Walker@cincyblind.org or call directly at 513-975-1349. Otherwise, you may submit the volunteer application here: http://tinyurl.com/cincyblindvolunteerapp.
*Please Note: This is a minimum 6-month commitment.
