The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country's No. 1 and No. 5 killers - heart disease and stroke. The event will take place on Thursday, September 8th.
Volunteer tasks will include:
- Set up and décor
- Work stations in event area and on route to assist sponsors
- Cheer on walkers
- Clean up
12:30-4:30: set up event
4:30: festivities begin
5:30: walk begins
6:00 (approximately): begin breakdown/clean up
