Building a Recovery Community in Oswego County. Need people in recovery from an addiction or still using, along with friends and family. Helping to provide recovery events and educational opportunities, including social and community involvement. Need data collection, research, too. A recovery center is in the future, become involved now.

Mission of the VOW Foundation is educational and charitable purposes, to help assist in raising awareness of the inherent dangers associated with the manufacturing, sale, distribution and use of synthetic drugs, advocate for stronger legislation against the manufacture, sale, possession and use of synthetic drugs in the Oswego County, NY community and throughout the State of NY, and to advocate and provide support services to the mentally ill, homeless and low-income persons.
