Recruiting Organization: Seattle Girls' School

Do you remember your middle school experience? Who was the most influential person in your life? Looking back, do you ever wish you had someone, outside of your family and friends, to talk to, to encourage you, or maybe to open your mind to possibilities you may not have considered? As the Mentorship Coordinator, I'd like you to think on these questions and apply to join the Seattle Girls' School Mentor Program.

Our goal is to help our students become "strong from the inside out" by expanding their communities beyond their classmates, teachers, and families. We hope to achieve this by providing students with a female identifying or non-binary role model to guide them during the transformative time of middle school. We welcome mentors from any race, religion, sexual orientation, and national or ethnic origin. The unique experiences and insights that students will gain by having a mentor will enhance their education at SGS and be a rewarding growth experience for each mentor and mentee.

As a mentor, you will be sharing your experiences and insights with your mentee. Each month, there will be two events, one curated by SGS and one determined by your mentor pod. We are looking forward to your aid in the success of our students!
