Description
Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend has been serving the community for over 25 years. BGCB’s mission is to provide youth opportunities for growth that inspire and empower them to reach their full potential in the classroom, at home, and in our community. Throughout the school year BGCB offers 140 or more youth ages 5-18 life-changing programs, focusing on three main areas including Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles and Character & Leadership.
We serve the greater Bend community, and our programs are offered to the kids and families who need us most, and we scholarship 60-70% of our members to remove the financial barrier to life-changing programs. Most of our members come from low-income families within the Bend-La Pine School District.
