This year's 23rd Woodstock Film Festival will take place from September 28 - October 2, 2022. We offer volunteers fun, educational and exciting opportunities to participate as photographers, screening venue ticket-takers and ushers, creatives on the art and construction teams, social media and technology mavens, press & PR contacts, assistants at Q&A panels with filmmakers and industry people, and producers on the Special Events and Festival Awards teams.
Students with a Community Service obligation to fulfill, or who request a letter of recommendation for their portfolio, will be able to obtain proof of service following the festival.
In exchange for each shift served, volunteers receive one ticket to a film screening of your choice (subject to availability), a festival crew t-shirt, a meal (or stipend for food), the experience of learning from and connecting with industry and not-for-profit professionals - and, of course, our gratitude and appreciation for their generous contributions.
