Social isolation in older adults can have the same health impact as smoking 15 cigarettes per day. To assist in reducing this social isolation and its health impacts, Benjamin Rose relies on the support of volunteers to help serve older adults throughout Cuyahoga County.

Calls last approximately 20 minutes or less and are done from the comfort of your home. Volunteers work with their assigned older adults to schedule the best time for calls.

If you are interested in learning more about this, or any other volunteer opportunity, please contact us at 216-373-1932 or visit our website at www.benrose.org/volunteer.
