Borderlands Produce Rescue aims to eliminate food waste by redistributing fresh produce to families in need. Every Saturday Borderlands Produce Rescue hosts weekly produce markets where community members receive 70 lbs of fresh produce. Volunteers help sort produce and prepare for the day's market.
