Now through mid-November on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting @ 8 am, Heathcote Botanical Gardens’ Illumination Team will be setting up the volunteer-planned, created, and updated outside lights displays (beds and vignettes) for Garden of Lights 2022. Join us for a couple hours, a morning or the day.
No experience needed. There are jobs are differing levels of physical ability.There is opportunity to learn about electricity as it pertains to lighting up our five acres for our biggest annual fundraiser. Good opportunity to meet new friends and work as a team and individually while outside in a beautiful setting.

Description
Heathcote Botanical Gardens is a 5 acre garden which features a Bonsai Garden, Japanese Garden with Tea House and koi pond, reflection garden, herb garden, palm walk, cycads, gingers, Rain Forest, Pioneer House and much much more. We are a small nonprofit agency who relies on volunteer time and expertise to help our staff run events, programs and day-to-day operations.

- Must be at least 16
- Orientation or Training
- Starting at 8am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday through November 21. You pick your level of commitment. One hour, one day, or every time we meet.
- Suitable for retirees , teens and in-Betweens. Can be 14-15 years old with participation of parent or guardian. Newbies will be paired or teamed with an experienced team member. Breaks and cold water provided. Bring a snack or lunch to enjoy.
