Through education, consulting, advocacy and research, we partner with healthcare providers to innovate and expand access to home-based primary care - the modern day house-call. Our work improves patient outcomes, strengthens healthcare practices, reduces Medicare and Medicaid costs, and addresses deep disparities in access to care across our communities and society.

HCCI is expanding its board of directors and is seeking candidates who are passionate about our vision of increasing access to flexible, home-based primary healthcare.

Candidates experienced in the areas of philanthropy, law, fundraising, media, insurance/payer systems, technology and/or government/policy are highly sought. Desirable qualities include consensus builders, leaders, motivators, and visionaries. Candidates should be available to participate in committee work in addition to their board service and willing to act as ambassadors on behalf of HCCI by speaking to our mission of increasing access to home-based primary care. As we are on a growth trajectory, we are looking for professionals who can provide support, guidance, and connections as we expand our programs to meet the increasing healthcare needs of our communities.
