Bridge Home Health & Hospice would like to provide a customized keepsake bear made in honor of your family's loved one.
- Uses of articles of clothing and other optional material
- Materials are cut and sewn to form a custom memory bear to be returned to our patient's family.
- Materials are provided by Bridge Home Health & Hospice
If you or someone you know has sewing skills, please reach out to us. We are looking for remote sewing volunteers for this program.
